These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of woodworkingbyadam.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products from Woodworking by Adam ("Woodworking by Adam", "we", "us", or "our"), whether purchased through our Website, in person, etc.

By accessing our Website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

Refund and Return Policy:

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days of receipt, provided the Product is completely unused, has not come into contact with food, and is accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping or delivery costs. 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of the following items.

- Custom-made or made-to-order products;

- Personalized or engraved products;

- Products damaged through improper use or care, including but not limited to dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or failure to maintain the Product with food-safe mineral oil or other recommended finishes.

 

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, colour and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

 

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at woodworkingbyadamc@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the Product.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
